Zucchini chips are the perfect food to feed a full-grown monster.
Take a beautiful, fresh zucchini and slice crosswise in quarter-inch thick rounds. I use a mandoline. Add a few tablespoons of coconut oil to a cast-iron or ceramic skillet and reduce the heat to medium-high.
Combine the flour, water, baking powder, salt, pepper, and Japanese Sprinkling Green Nori Seaweed Furikake in a mixing bowl.
Coat each zucchini slice and fry to golden brown.
Monsters like them without dipping sauce, but you can try your favorite sweet chili sauce or a tahini sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour (We use Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1 Baking Flour Gluten Free)
1/4 to 1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of pepper and salt
1 tablespoon of Japanese Sprinkling Green Nori Seaweed Furikake
Some Monsters really appreciate that these are vegan and gluten-free. Also, Sea Monsters really like the subtle seaweed flavor.
Gotta keep those monsters happy!
